Try this for size- how about buying a Villa in Bangalore, in a gated community, that has all the amenities, is within BMRDA limits, and has all facilities and permissions so any bank will lend on its purchase, a thriving community, replete with a garage that can accommodate a Honda Civic, and yet is within a 15 minute commute of Infosys, Wipro, HCL, Biocon and all the corporate and business houses in Electronics City, Bommasandra, Jigani and Attibele industrial zones? How much would you pay for it?
